Effective Date: February 2026
These Broker KYC Attestation & Reliance Terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Broker”) and WireMe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WireMe”). By creating a broker-attested client invitation on the WireMe platform, you agree to the following:
You represent and warrant that the client you invite has completed identity verification (“Know Your Customer” or “KYC”) procedures through your brokerage in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You attest that the information provided to WireMe in connection with this invitation is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
WireMe LLC may rely on your attestation to permit the invited client to transact with you on a restricted basis without completing WireMe’s standard onboarding process. Such reliance is limited solely to transactions conducted directly between you and the invited client.
Clients onboarded through broker attestation may only transact with the inviting broker. Access to the broader WireMe marketplace or interaction with other users requires completion of WireMe’s independent verification process.
You remain solely responsible for the adequacy, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of the KYC performed on your client. You agree to maintain records supporting your verification and to provide documentation upon reasonable request from WireMe LLC where necessary for compliance, audit, or regulatory purposes.
WireMe LLC retains sole discretion to require additional verification, restrict activity, suspend accounts, or revoke broker-attested access at any time for compliance, risk management, or legal reasons. Reliance on broker attestation does not waive WireMe’s independent compliance obligations.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and WireMe. You are not authorized to bind WireMe LLC or represent yourself as acting on its behalf.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WireMe LLC from any losses, penalties, regulatory actions, or claims arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful KYC conducted by you or your organization.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By creating a broker-attested client invitation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
