This Broker-Verified Account Acknowledgement (“Acknowledgement”) is a binding agreement between you (“User”) and WireMe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WireMe”). It applies when you join WireMe through an invitation from a broker who has verified your identity outside of WireMe’s standard identity verification process.
By continuing onboarding, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Acknowledgement and to WireMe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that your identity was verified by the broker who invited you (“Broker”), and not independently by WireMe LLC. The information displayed during onboarding was provided by the Broker and reflects the data relied upon by the Broker to complete its verification process.
You confirm that the information shown during onboarding is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If any information is incorrect or unfamiliar, you agree not to proceed and to contact the Broker directly for clarification.
Your account will be restricted to transacting exclusively with the inviting Broker. You will not have access to the broader WireMe marketplace or other brokers unless you complete WireMe LLC’s independent identity verification process.
WireMe LLC may rely on the Broker’s attestation solely for enabling transactions between you and that Broker. WireMe retains the right to conduct independent verification, request additional documentation, restrict activity, or suspend the account at any time for compliance, legal, or risk-management reasons.
The Broker is an independent participant on the platform and is not an agent, employee, or representative of WireMe LLC. The Broker does not have authority to bind WireMe or act on its behalf.
WireMe LLC may suspend, restrict, or revoke broker-verified accounts where compliance, risk, or regulatory concerns arise. Additional identity verification may be required to restore or expand access.
This Acknowledgement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not continue onboarding.
